It offers a quiet retreat space that offers a needed break from the stresses of life and daily routines and helps you improve your quality of life. Meditation Bar provides classes that are consistent in quality, independent in belief and serious about helping people exercise their minds.

Classes consist of group meditation sessions. Several different types of classes are offered several times a day. You can set up an account and reserve space online. Classes are limited to 30 participants. A reservation ensures your spot, but drop-ins are always welcome.
